Macramé

After seeing this project last year I knew I would eventually make a pot hanger. The last time I was home visiting my mom and the doggies in Minnesota, I rescued the macramé rope from a thrift store and knew exactly what I wanted to make. But like so many of my projects, it kinda just sat on the shelf for a while staring at me. Daily.

Until months later, I made it. And a week later, I hung it. I don’t quite have a step-by-step other than I cut 8 strands of rope two arm-lengths long, knotted them together in the center, and knotted them together a few inches apart. At the top, I gathered and wrapped all the ends. Then hung it up by a ceiling hook.
