Before: Wool Blanket. After: Awesome Poncho!

Last Spring when I was living in Denmark, the weather didn’t really warm up until late June. It was fun to see the fashion and all the layers of over-sized clothes, huge scarves and ponchos. After being inspired by a friend’s poncho, I decided to make my own. I used an old wool blanket my father has had since my childhood and I used my mother’s sewing machine from the ’70s. It kept me warm on those cold summer nights and was quite fun to go biking in.
